March News-e-letter

Dear members,

It has been suggested that we try out a monthly news-e-letter to let everybody in the club know what is currently happening.

I had hoped to report on the President’s Cup, which should have been played on Sunday 4th March. The decision to cancel was fortuitous as it poured with rain all day long. The rearranged date will be on Sunday 22nd April.

Subscriptions

A reminder to all of you who have not yet paid your subscription for the 2012/2013 season, that if you pay by 31st March you will get a 10% discount. If you have any queries regarding subscriptions, please get in touch with Antony Dynamou (Membership Secretary) on 813121.

Working Party

A successful working party was held last Sunday at the Club. Pigeon droppings were cleaned from the court, the clubhouse was painted and the outer fence border was completed. A big thank you to all of you who lent a hand on the day.

Final reminder!

If you are the last person to leave the Club, please continue to turn off the water supply until the end of April, as frosts can still take us by surprise.
