Dear members,

A shorter e-newsletter this month!

The courts have now been power washed and this has taken away the dead moss which had caused the courts to be slippery. Hopefully now, we can all enjoy an uninterrupted summer of tennis (as soon as the weather improves)!

Club Tournament
The entry sheets for this year’s Club Tournament are now up on the Clubhouse notice-board. You have until Sunday 2nd June to add your name if you would like to enter. The Committee would like to encourage as many members as possible to enter the Club Tournament.

Next Committee meeting
This will take place on Thursday 6th June at 8pm at 105 Cambridge Road, Stansted.

Pearce Adult Doubles Tournament
This tournament will take place on Sunday 9th June starting at 9.30am. Please add your name to the entry list on the Clubhouse noticeboard if you would like to enter.

Next Ladies’ Night
This will be from 7pm on Monday 10th June. All lady members welcome!

President’s Cup
The rearranged date for The President’s Cup is Sunday 30th June – 9.30am for 10am start.

Hospital Cup
Players who have entered this tournament are reminded that they need to play their first rounds as soon as possible.
