Stansted Tennis Club hosted the Boyd Plate Mixed tournament on 19th May 2024. We had a beautiful day of sunshine and saw some lovely tennis games played. Diane Brown and Rick Lim won the final against reigning champions Cathy Brenner and David Fletcher. Dina McDonald and Gerred Gilronan won the consolation final.

Despite the incredibly windy conditions, 16 lady players had a great day of tennis (and lovely food). Catherine Gibby and Chris Bailey won a very close match against Cathy Brenner and Carol Cook 6-5.
